The Center for Genomic Gastronomy is an independent research institute that studies the genomes and biotechnologies that make up the human food systems on planet earth. The Center presents its research through public lectures, research publications, curated meals and exhibitions. Since 2010 the Center has conducted research in India, Spain, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands and the U.S.A. in collaboration with chefs, scientists and food producers. Recently completed projects include: Glowing Sushi, Smog Tasting and Pray for Beans.
