Abandon Normal Devices is delighted to announce the appointment of Tadeo Lopez-Sendon as our new Director, alongside Louise Hargreaves as Executive Director and Yinka Danmole as Creative Director.

Tadeo, a sound, digital and technology specialist, brings experience in artistic strategy, public programmes and organisational leadership. His experience, along with a commitment to open collaboration, sets a strong and renewed foundation for AND. Louise steps into the role after ten years with AND, where she has played a vital role as part of the Senior Management team, most recently as Interim Director (Job Share). Yinka, a cultural producer interested in cultivating meaningful connections between people and places, brings experience of realising ambitious projects that engage communities with new perspectives.

The three together will form a new leadership team at AND to bring the organisation into an exciting new chapter.

John Herring, Chair of AND Board

“We are delighted to announce the appointment of a new management team for AND. After a thorough and unique process we have appointed a team which we believe will carry forward our commitment to ignite radical thinking through new creative communities and continuing to create conversations focussed on issues such as the environment, inclusivity, and the development and support of emerging talent.

“Tadeo and Yinka are talented individuals who join us having connected through AND in the past, and Louise steps into a Director role alongside them to ensure we build on the great work we have done so far. As a board we are really excited to have them as a collective leadership team and look forward to working with them.”
