Che Applewhaite is a filmmaker, artist, and writer.

Through intimate connections that reframe how we see; his work elaborates spiritual insights that facilitate critical engagement with ongoing stories of territory, ideology, and documentary.

Che was selected as one of the creatives for AND’s inaugural New Cinema Days (NCD) creative development lab in 2023 to support his artwork Drone Life AKA “R.P.J.” Featuring the wanderings of a pseudonymous cinematic persona who operates in dialogue with the audience to merge installation, live art, and cinema.
